Back                                            Rock and Ice

    At Rock and Ice in Methven, New Zealand we went outside our comfort zone to accomplish feats we never imagined we could do.  It took you to your limit and what you put in is what you took out of it.  We climbed obstacle courses below and challenged ourselves.  At night we had this lecture on how to be a more successful person in society. 

    The Ladder, which many of us struggled to get up there in pairs under 20 minutes.
